Prevent Ingrown Toenails

People with deep sidewalls can create the perfect scenario for an ingrown toenail if they don’t clip all the nail out of the sidewall. It can be scary not knowing how far to press into the sidewall with the nippers and you certainly don’t want to cut yourself. If you want to make sure you didn’t leave any nail down in your sidewall that could end up puncturing the skin, take your ingrown sidewall cleaner and slip the scoop down under the nail plate and move it around the edge of the nail to outline the nail and remove any skin that is hindering your vision so you can finish clipping out that corner section of the toenail.
